Troubleshooting
I can’t see a page in the menu
Section titled “I can’t see a page in the menu”Your role does not include the required permission for that page. Menu items are hidden (not greyed out) when you lack access. Ask your administrator to add the missing permission to your role.
I can’t see an action button (Add / Edit / Delete / Start / Stop)
Section titled “I can’t see an action button (Add / Edit / Delete / Start / Stop)”Your role grants read access but not the corresponding write permission for that action. Ask your administrator to adjust your role.
A page shows “No data”
Section titled “A page shows “No data””- There may genuinely be no data yet (e.g. no containers have been started).
- Your organization may only have access to a subset of the data. If you belong to a specific organization, you will only see resources linked to that organization.
I get an access error when opening a page
Section titled “I get an access error when opening a page”This usually means the URL requires a permission your role doesn’t include. Return to the Dashboard and use the sidebar to navigate. If the issue persists, contact your administrator with the page URL.
Tags are stuck in “Preloading”
Section titled “Tags are stuck in “Preloading””Image downloads can take several minutes for large images. Wait and let the auto-refresh (every 10 seconds) update the status. If a tag stays in Preloading for an unusually long time, contact your administrator — a node may be unreachable or the Docker Hub credentials may be misconfigured.
Dashboard charts show “No data for this time range”
Section titled “Dashboard charts show “No data for this time range””Adjust the time range using the date range picker. The default range is the last 24 hours; if no containers ran during that window, the charts will be empty. Try Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
A container I started doesn’t appear in the table
Section titled “A container I started doesn’t appear in the table”The table refreshes periodically. Click the refresh button or wait a few seconds. If the container still doesn’t appear, it may have failed to start — check with your administrator.
I can’t change my password
Section titled “I can’t change my password”Make sure you enter your current password correctly. If you have forgotten it, ask your administrator to reset it for you.
